Every trainer on this roster has earned their place. Here is exactly what that means.
To carry the iKON name, a trainer must complete the ELITE programme — a structured certification process that evaluates delivery quality, professional conduct, and resilience under real conditions. Completing the programme does not guarantee placement. It qualifies a trainer to be considered. The iKON roster is curated, not collected.
Every iKON trainer is rated by participants after each delivery. The threshold is 3.8 out of 5. A trainer who falls below this threshold does not receive a warning. If the client requests a change, we act immediately. No appeals process. No grace period. The standard exists to protect the client — not the trainer.
"A rating below 3.8, with a client request for change, triggers immediate replacement. This is not a policy. It is a commitment."
iKON trainers do not cancel. They find a way. Here are things that have happened — and the show went on anyway:
One of our trainers arrived to find his car underwater. He hired a tow truck to move it through floodwater and reached his class on time. The session ran in full.
A trainer lost his father the morning of a delivery. He conducted the training from the funeral home, at the wake. He did not cancel. He did not ask to reschedule.
A trainer delivered a full-day programme while managing retinal detachment — a condition that would have hospitalised most people. He completed the session. He saw a doctor that evening.
If your trainer cannot make it, we deploy a qualified replacement the same day. No exceptions. No delays.
If results fall below the iKON standard and you request a change, we replace immediately. No conditions.
An iKON trainer does not cancel a delivery. If the assigned trainer faces an emergency, a replacement is dispatched. The session runs.
