iKON was built to close that gap. Every trainer on the iKON roster is certified, rated, and backed by a same-day replacement guarantee. That is not a marketing claim. It is a service standard with teeth.
You take the client relationship. We supply the trainer, certify the standard, and guarantee the delivery. If your assigned trainer cannot make it, we deploy a replacement — same day. If results fall below the iKON standard, we replace without negotiation. Your client never sees the gap.
If a trainer carries the iKON mark, they have been through the ELITE certification programme, are actively rated after every engagement, and are held to an enforceable performance standard. Not self-certified. Not honorary. Earned — and maintained.
Every iKON trainer is certified through the ELITE programme — a rigorous process that evaluates delivery competency, content mastery, and professional conduct. Certification is not permanent. A rating below 3.8 out of 5, combined with a client request for change, triggers immediate replacement. The standard is maintained, not awarded.
Our trainers have trained through floods. One hired a tow truck to move his car through floodwater to reach class. Another trained from a funeral home at his father's wake. Another continued after a medical emergency. iKON stops for three things only: quarantine (which we take online), total and permanent disability, and death. Everything else — the show goes on.
If your trainer cannot make it, we deploy a replacement the same day. If delivery falls below the iKON standard and the client requests a change, we replace — no conditions, no delay. Your programme runs. Your client relationship stays intact. That is what the iKON mark means.
